Learning And Fun participates in the BrightHorizons Back-Up Care program, offered by many employers to support families with reliable child care.
If your employer provides this benefit, simply select Learning And Fun as your care provider when booking through your BrightHorizons account. You may use your available back-up care days or purchase additional days if needed.

Payment & refund policy
Registration &
payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve and secure your child’s spot in the summer camp program. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received.
Refund policy
Before May 15:
A refund will be issued minus
a 20% administrative fee.
After May 15:
No refunds will be issued.
Schedule changes & attendance
Schedule changes require advance approval and are subject to availability. Not guaranteed. No refunds, credits, or make-up days for missed sessions (due to illness, vacation, schedule conflicts, etc)
Program changes
The program reserves the right to adjust schedules, activities, or staffing as needed.
In the unlikely event that a camp week must be canceled by the program, families will receivea full refund for the canceled week.

Everything you need to know about camp.
Kids ages 4 to 12. We group by age and skill level so everyone gets the right instruction. Younger kids get more support. Older kids get more challenge.
Yes, we offer flexible schedule. Full day 8:30am-5:30pm and half day 8:30am-3PM,
with weekly and daily options.
Perfect. That's what we're here for. Our instructors start with water comfort and build from there. Every kid learns at their own pace.
We also offer a no-swimming group option. Children in this group can participate in sprinkler and water play activities, or opt out of water activities entirely,
depending on family preference. This option is available upon request.
We offer a meal plan for $10 per day that includes 2 snack meals and 1 lunch.
Yes. Weekly enrollment is available. You can pick any week from June 29 to August 30.
No commitment to the full summer.
Yes, we welcome families using financial assistance, such as, ACS & HRA vouchers. This helps to make our program accessible to everyone.
